Our food has become so processed that I wonder if there is a difference between the food we feed ourselves and the bags of dog food we pay 30 bucks for.
Josiah, This is a great idea. I am currently looking at some global food system issues for my ES capstone. Something about the awful conditions in which chickens are bred and raised would be interesting. Maybe something about an entire chicken being in a tiny can.
